Part-Time Coffee Shop Barista

Part-Time Barista at Eagle River Roasters We're looking for a warm, enthusiastic person who loves coffee and people. If you enjoy making someone's day brighter one cup at a time, we'd love to hear from you! The Role Part-time, starting this summer — with the possibility of growing into something longer for the right fit. You'll work 18-25 hours per week, including at least one weekend shift (Sundays preferred). Shift Hours These will vary but will either be open to close shifts (8.5 hours) or mid shift (4•6 hours)

7:00 AM•2:30 PM |

Sat:

8:00 AM•2:30 PM |

Sun:

8:00 AM•1:30 PM What You'll Do Greet and serve customers with kindness Prepare, package, and serve beverages, food, and bakery items Stock and replenish cups, lids, syrups, napkins, retail coffee, and supplies Take orders and process payments using Square POS Assist with dishes and general cleanup throughout your shift Keep the coffee house and roastery clean and organized Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Communicate openly with your team and management What We're Looking For Someone positive, reliable, and proactive who genuinely enjoys connecting with people. Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment, lift and carry items like boxes and bakery trays, and take initiative on tasks independently. No experience required! Prior customer or food service experience is a plus.
