BENEFITS
    Salary/Pay Range:
    up to $16/hr including tips ($7.25/hr during training, then $12.50/hr after training)

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    The barista will be responsible for: performing shift opening and closing duties as assigned. greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, and food items in accordance with established service standards. cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining the store standards. ensuring that proper food handling procedures are followed. stocking and replenishing food, beverages and utensils as needed. ensuring consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicating shortages as necessary. efficiently serving customers by being knowledgeable about offerings. assist with various administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockrooms, coordinating vendors, etc. researching and resolving quality and service complaints and/or issues. receiving, unloading and distributing deliveries. some may be scheduled for occasional sign waving shifts other duties as assigned.
