We're looking for someone who: genuinely enjoys people moves with urgency without bringing chaos notices details can multitask and stay organized during busy rushes values teamwork and communication appreciates good coffee, food, music, and atmosphere wants to be part of building something Barista experience is great, but reliability, warmth, and attitude matter more to us. We can teach skills. We can't teach care.
