Duties

• Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Oversee inventory management and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients and supplies
• Exhibit proper food handling techniques and safety protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
