Job Description
Server and Barista Morgantown, WV 26505 Part-time Part-time Terra Cafe is actively seeking qualified candidates for our front-of-house staff.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in full service, multi-service restaurants/cafes/bakeries
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Flexible schedule, able to work weekends and holidays
- Strong desire to perform, task-driven and goal oriented individual
- Passionate about eating great food, discussing food and industry topics
- Takes direction and criticism well, remains open minded and shows willingness to learn and/or practice new techniques
Responsibilities:
- Maintains station, stocking, rotating, and prepping all items for service
- Maintains clean and sanitary work environment
- Maintains a team oriented environment
- Assists with putting orders away, stocking areas of the restaurant, helps maintain a clean and organized restaurant
- Current Food Handler's Certificate a plus.
