Job Description

Provides exceptional guest service at Sarita s Coffee and Goods by preparing and serving quality beverages and food items in a welcoming coffee and retail environment. Process transactions accurately, maintains an inviting and clean workspace, and creates a positive experience for every guest through friendly, efficient service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Serves beverages, food and desserts to customers at the take out counter. Prepare bills for beverages using point of sale system. Brews coffee and fills containers with requested beverages. Arranges merchandise on counters to promote sales. Stamps, marks or tags price on merchandise. Scrub and polish counters, clean dishes, equipment and floors. Balance receipts and payments in point of sale system. Knowledge of Park and surroundings. Must be able to work all shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays. Complete appropriate trainings listed on the human resources Training Matrix. Adhere to Wheeling Park Commission s safety rules and policy; refer any and all safety concerns to department manager, safety committee or human resources. Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Less then high school education; or up to one month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
