Duties Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their visit Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, counters, and seating areas Manage cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth service during busy hours Follow all safety and sanitation standards to uphold health regulations and ensure customer safety Collaborate with team members to create a lively, efficient, and welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits Skills Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist colleagues as needed Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Passion for coffee or food service is a plus; eagerness to learn new techniques is highly valued Prior experience in customer service or food/beverage industry is beneficial but not required; training will be provided Join us in creating an inviting space where every cup served sparks joy!
