Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for guests in a lively environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately using Clover system to ensure seamless sales processing. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service in compliance with alcohol regulations. Restock bar inventory efficiently during shifts, tracking supplies for catering events or banquet functions as needed. Skills Proven experience in food industry roles such as bar and restaurant; hospitality background preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective time management skills to prioritize duties during busy shifts in fast-paced environments. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring drink ingredients accurately. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in licensed establishments such as nightclubs or restaurants; knowledge of alcohol laws is essential.
