Server/Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and exceptional guest service skills, ensuring that every patron enjoys a memorable experience. As a server/ Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area while adhering to health and safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist with ordering as needed. Engage with guests to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Utilize OpenTable for reservations and manage the flow of guests at the bar. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service; assist with food preparation when necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately; maintain proper cash handling procedures. Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Assist with bussing tables as needed to support overall restaurant operations. Experience Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred, particularly in a fine dining setting. Familiarity with cocktail recipes and the ability to create new drinks based on guest preferences. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Excellent guest relations skills; ability to communicate effectively with patrons and team members alike.
