Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining and nightlife environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Utilize Toast POS systems for order processing and cash handling accurately. Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking food and drink orders and offering recommendations. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling practices are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Stay informed about drink trends, menu changes, and food safety regulations. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a high volume upscale restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
