Bartender

Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to legal drinking age laws and responsible serving policies Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change or tabs Collaborate with team members during catering events, banquets, or nightclub shifts to ensure seamless service delivery Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with food handling when required Demonstrate excellent time management skills by efficiently balancing multiple orders during busy periods Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math calculations for transactions Background in food service or hospitality industries that involve serving alcohol or catering events Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments requiring excellent time management and multitasking skills Prior experience with brewing or the food industry is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while honing your skills in a lively hospitality environment!
