Bartender/Server 1849 County Road 222, Cullman, AL 35057 From $10 an hour - Part-time From $10 an hour - Part-time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and processing payments accurately. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe drinking environment. Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred, but not required. General knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and inventory management. Understanding of food safety standards is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
