P.S. Taco Company is looking for a dependable, energetic, and experienced Bartender to join our team! We're looking for someone who can create a great guest experience while keeping up in a fast-paced environment. Our bartender is an important part of our front-of-house team and must be able to balance bar guests, drink tickets, cleanliness, accuracy, and teamwork. What we're looking for: Previous bartending experience required Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Dependable and punctual Strong multitasking and communication skills Ability to work efficiently during high-volume shifts Knowledge of proper alcohol service and responsible serving practices Accurate cash and payment handling Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and presentation Willingness to help servers and other team members when needed Must meet all age requirements for serving alcohol

Position Responsibilities:

Prepare margaritas, cocktails, beer, and other beverages accurately and consistently Provide friendly and attentive service to bar guests Prepare drink orders for the entire restaurant in a timely manner Maintain proper portioning and follow established recipes Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol-service procedures Verify identification when required Accurately handle payments and maintain accountability for the bar drawer Keep the bar stocked, clean, organized, and ready for service Complete opening, closing, restocking, and assigned side work Maintain knowledge of menu items, drink offerings, specials, and promotions Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management Follow all food safety, alcohol, cash-handling, and company policies We're looking for more than someone who can make a good margarita.
