Server/Bartender 3840 Cotton Creek Circle, Gulf Shores, AL 36542 From $10 an hour

- Part-time ```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences and menu offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed ```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
