Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, following standard recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to provide excellent customer service and enhance their overall experience. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently by practicing effective time management and prioritization. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle POS transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and billing. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management proactively. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and authentically. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Experience in food industry roles such as serving, catering, or food service is advantageous. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage trends is a plus for enhancing guest offerings. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in dynamic hospitality environments.
