This role goes beyond just taking orders — you'll be responsible for setting the tone of the guest's visit, building rapport, and ensuring every table and bar guest feels taken care of. You should be comfortable working both behind the bar and on the floor , switching roles as needed during service. Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Service Provide a warm, friendly, and engaging experience for every guest Guide guests through the menu, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times Bartending Duties Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, and wine with consistency and accuracy Maintain full knowledge of drink recipes and bar menu Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift Prep garnishes, mixers, and bar supplies before and during service Serving Duties Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and drinks efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction Handle payments, split checks, and close out tabs correctly Operations & Teamwork Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow Assist teammates during rushes (running food, bussing tables, etc.) Help with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas Compliance & Standards Check IDs and ensure all alcohol service follows local laws and regulations Follow all health, safety, and company policies Maintain a clean and professional appearance
