Prepares beverages requested by guest or servers in accordance with standard operating procedures, establishing proper proportions and ingredients to control cost and provide a consistent product to the guest. Maintains a clean and organized work area to maximize efficiency: sets up the bar in accordance with established procedures. Monitors guest behavior and guest alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to a guest should be ceased: notifies management or security of incidents involving excessive alcohol. Verifies liquor inventory , correctly completes all requisition requirements and stores stock in accordance with proper procedures. Obtains, counts and secures bartender's bank: distributes and collects bar servers banks: documents cash distribution in register drawer. Establishes method of customer payment; permits guest to run tabs with proper credentials; completes guests payment transactions on cash register as outlined in cash and charge procedures. Other duties as assigned by any manager.
