Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist in food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items Support cooking staff by cooking, assembling dishes, and plating meals as needed Participate in banquet service by setting up and breaking down food stations Buss tables and assist with serving during peak hours to enhance customer experience Follow all food safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling practices Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during service periods Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking techniques Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality Ability to handle food safely and adhere to health regulations Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork Experience in banquet service or hotel kitchens is a plus A background in culinary arts or related fields is advantageous Join our team as a Kitchen Team Member where your contributions will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests!
