The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing excellent service to our guests, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your expertise will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our patrons in a lively setting. We are a small resturnat looking for great staff to help us grow! Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe drinking environment. Operate the Aloha POS system for order processing and cash register transactions efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and new products to enhance guest experience. Serve tables in restaurant and patio Take carryout and phone to-go orders. Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is essential. Basic math skills are required for handling cash transactions accurately. A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques is encouraged.
