Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Assist in food service when needed, including serving dishes at fine dining or banquet events, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Support bar management by restocking supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles such as bartending, serving, or restaurant work. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Extensive cocktail experience with skills in mixology and beverage recipe development; knowledge of spirits, wine, beer brewing processes, and beverage trends. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math skills for retail math and cash management. Prior experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, catering events or banquet settings is highly desirable. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking confidently. Knowledge of alcohol regulations and responsible beverage service practices is essential.
