Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and ensuring cleanliness of the bar area at all times. Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions, providing excellent service in high-volume settings such as nightclubs or fine dining venues. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while demonstrating strong time management skills. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role within the food industry or hospitality sector. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively through excellent time management and organizational skills. Experience working in fine dining environments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales tracking, and understanding of alcohol serving regulations.
