! Summary As a Server/Bartender, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a memorable dining experience. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will utilize your core skills in POS systems, food service, and food safety to take orders, serve beverages, and ensure a clean environment. Your premium skills in Aloha and Micros POS, along with fine dining experience, will enhance guest interactions and drive sales. With a focus on teamwork and efficiency, you will contribute to our restaurant's vibrant atmosphere and success in the food industry. Responsibilities Greet and serve customers promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take and process orders accurately using POS systems, including Aloha and Micros. Prepare and serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Manage cash register transactions and handle payments efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality service. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas. Qualifications Proven experience in food service and bartending roles Strong customer service skills and ability to handle POS systems, including Aloha and Micros Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Experience in fine dining and culinary settings Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions
