Will after complete training be cross trained in kitchen as well. These positions include system tips that add to the hourly wage, as well as cash tips that are divided at the end of each shift. Responsibilities:
Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders Preparing and serving beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate ones Answering customers' questions about menu choices Promoting and recommending menu options to customers Preparing and/or serving alcoholic beverages Maintaining inventory and equipment by cleaning, stocking, and proper handling Keeping the work environment sanitary and organized Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service Working to attract new customers and expanding the menu
Skills:
Listen well and communicate in a professional and friendly manner Focus on customer satisfaction Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages Be efficient and organized Build good relationships with customers Maintain a clean work environment Keep supplies replenished to minimize downtime
Requirements:
Food Handlers Card Age 21 and up Preferred Barista Experience (Preferred) Bartender Experience (Preferred) Must be available to work Friday nights and Saturdays this is non negotiable
Shifts:
Morning shifts are between 6:00am and 2:00pm. Afternoon shifts are between 1:30pm and 7:30pm. Friday and Saturday nights are until 9:30pm. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us after you apply!
