Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for accurate transactions. Ensure compliance with alcohol serving laws and responsible beverage service practices. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management. Collaborate with team members during busy periods, including catering events, banquets, or nightclub shifts, to deliver seamless service. Uphold all food safety regulations and promote a safe environment for both guests and staff. Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at events or in restaurant settings. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume hours. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential. Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math and hospitality cash handling procedures. Experience in food handling, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service is required. Knowledge of beverage brewing processes or the food industry is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills.
