Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, lively manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow Collaborate with team members to coordinate food and beverage delivery during busy hours or special events like banquets or nightclub nights Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality, preferably in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS; experience with cashiering is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs gracefully Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding alcohol laws and regulations Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing or bartending skills preferred Join us to be part of an energetic team that thrives on creating lively atmospheres while delivering exceptional service!
