Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Bartender who can confidently operate both on the dining room floor and behind the bar. This is a dual-role position requiring strong service skills, beverage knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who: Understands elevated service standards Can recommend wine and cocktail pairings with confidence Works clean, organized, and efficiently Communicates clearly with guests and team members Takes pride in professionalism and hospitality Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Welcome and greet guests warmly Build relationships with regulars by remembering names, preferences, and needs Guide guests through menu selections, specials, and beverage pairings Answer questions about food preparation, ingredients, and allergens Deliver food and beverages accurately and in a timely manner Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally Beverage & Bar Service Prepare classic and house cocktails consistently Demonstrate knowledge of wines, varietals, beer selections, and spirits Recommend appropriate pairings based on guest preferences Maintain proper bar sanitation and organization Follow all Arkansas alcoholic beverage laws and company policies Operational Standards Maintain cash bank and follow all established cash-handling procedures Accurately operate the POS system Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all health codes and food safety guidelines Support team members during peak service periods Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 2 years restaurant or hospitality experience Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages Strong English communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Weekend and holiday availability

Preferred:
