Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders and cash transactions accurately Develop and suggest beverage recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations Handle cash register operations including processing payments and giving accurate change Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service and banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication Assist in bar management tasks such as scheduling, training new staff, and maintaining a lively yet safe environment Experience Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer styles Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Previous food handling, food safety certification, or banquet experience is highly desirable Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Experience in beverage recipe development and creating innovative drinks is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management Hospitality industry experience that demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced environments Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for beverages meets your talent for hospitality.
