Job Description

At The Compton, your role is more than a job—it's a chance to help create a story worth remembering. As an Honor Bar Attendant , you'll ensure that every guest's in-room refreshment experience feels thoughtful, inviting, and true to the spirit of Bentonville. From stocking local favorites to keeping everything fresh and well-presented, you'll add those small touches that make a big difference. Behind the scenes, you'll carefully track inventory, monitor quality, and respond quickly to guest needs—so whether it's a late-night craving or a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, the Honor Bar is always ready. At The Compton, your role helps turn simple details into memorable moments. You'll be part of a team that takes pride in offering guests a genuine taste of Bentonville hospitality, right in the comfort of their room. What You'll Do Restock and rotate in-room honor bar items, ensuring quality, freshness, and presentation. Monitor daily usage and maintain accurate inventory records. Communicate with the accounting team regarding charges and discrepancies. Anticipate guest preferences by curating selections that reflect local flavors and The Compton experience. Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service. Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times. What We're Looking For Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or inventory management preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. A proactive, guest-first mindset with the ability to work independently. Comfort with numbers and inventory tracking systems. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
