Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic beverages, primarily our hand-crafted margaritas, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and foster repeat business Manage Square POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Swurl Bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods and special events like banquets or catering functions Requirements Proven experience in bartending or food service within a hospitality or restaurant environment Willingness to learn mixology quantities and techniques to ensure compliance with recipes and presentation Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly and accurately during peak hours Prior experience in beverage development, food handling, or catering is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures in a bar setting Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach that enhances guest satisfaction Hospitality industry experience including banquet or event service is a plus Join us to be part of an growing team where your passion for beverages meets exceptional guest service.
