Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a dynamic and energetic Bartender! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar, creating memorable experiences by expertly mixing drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure guests feel welcomed and valued, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet event. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of beverages and related products. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations. Monitor guest intoxication levels responsibly, ensuring safe alcohol service in accordance with legal requirements. Support catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by providing timely beverage service in high-volume settings. Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy through basic math skills and retail math principles. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless order entry and payment processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and energetically. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector with an emphasis on beverage service. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
