Must be able to work weekends. Hours to be worked Monday through Saturday 10am-9:30pm. Off Sunday, if you can not work these hours do not apply. Must have self transportation. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order entry, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering to ensure the bar is fully stocked for busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills; process payments via POS systems while maintaining accountability. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet events, or nightclub functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs, recognizing intoxication signs, and adhering to alcohol service regulations. Experience Prior experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments. Experience in food safety procedures and food handling practices ensures compliance with health standards. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing coffee or craft cocktails enhances guest satisfaction. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail across multiple responsibilities.
