In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you'll be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving and prevent over-intoxication Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering, banquet, or nightclub service needs Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with ordering to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions confidently Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing and mixing cocktails Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your enthusiasm fuels great experiences!
