Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations. Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices. Restock bar supplies, ingredients, glassware, and utensils to ensure smooth operations during shifts. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure adequate food service function. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender is a plus. Familiarity with basic POS systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests confidently. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
