Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction with their drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage the bar inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking usage to minimize waste. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing payments efficiently. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products in the beverage industry. Help Clean after every shift Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub, fine dining restaurant, or banquet setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Knowledge cocktail recipes is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations; basic math skills are essential for handling transactions. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests is essential.
