Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits. Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders to ensure smooth operations. Operate POS systems (Toast POS) to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash transactions with care. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Collaborate with team members to manage busy shifts effectively by practicing excellent time management skills and multitasking under pressure. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles. Familiarity with Toast POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Experience working in retail math or hospitality environments involving sales, serving, or catering is advantageous.
