Your expertise in beverage preparation, POS systems, and hospitality operations will be key to launching a successful shift and elevating our bar experience. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Set up the bar area before opening, ensuring all supplies, garnishes, glassware, and ingredients are stocked and organized for efficient service. Engage with guests warmly, take drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and provide personalized recommendations based on preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations throughout your shift. Process cash transactions efficiently while handling cash register operations and balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions. Experience 5+ years experience as bartender. Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, spirits, wine varieties, brewing processes, and beer styles including craft beer experience. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders and transactions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of service quality. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, liquor laws, and basic math skills for retail math and cash handling are essential. Current Title 4 Certificate and Food Handlers Card.
