Open Availability as Needed for Member and Private Events The Opportunity Copper Club and JC&M is seeking an exceptional Member Experience. Bar tenders and servers to serve as the face, heart, and hospitality leader of the club. The ideal candidate is a polished hospitality professional, relationship-builder, event coordinator, and brand ambassador who understands the art of creating memorable experiences and fostering meaningful connections. As one of the most visible representatives of Copper Club and JC&M, you will build trusted relationships with members, anticipate needs before they arise, and ensure every interaction reflects the warmth, sophistication, and excellence that define our brand. Key Responsibilities Member Experience & Hospitality Excellence Deliver a personalized, luxury-level member experience at every interaction. Welcome members and guests by name while cultivating genuine relationships and rapport. Anticipate member needs and proactively resolve requests with professionalism and discretion. Create thoughtful moments that enhance member satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Serve as a trusted resource for members regarding club amenities, events, and services. Ensure all club standards, policies, and member expectations are consistently upheld. Maintain an elegant, welcoming, and service-oriented atmosphere throughout the club. Represent ownership and leadership with professionalism, confidence, and integrity. Relationship Management & Member Engagement Develop meaningful relationships with members and become a trusted point of contact. Support member onboarding and help foster engagement within the community. Identify opportunities to connect members with one another based on shared interests and goals. Maintain awareness of member preferences, milestones, and engagement history. Support member retention efforts through thoughtful communication and personalized service. Champion the club's culture, mission, and values both inside and outside the organization. Events & Experiences Support the planning and execution of member events, private functions, and special experiences. Coordinate event logistics, vendor communications, and day-of execution. Ensure events are executed with exceptional attention to detail and hospitality. Partner with leadership to create memorable experiences that strengthen member relationships. Assist with event communications, registration management, and post-event follow-up. Brand & Communications Serve as a visible ambassador of the Copper Club and JC&M brand. Support marketing initiatives, member communications, and social engagement efforts. Maintain accuracy across member-facing platforms, including the website, member app, and event communications. Collaborate with leadership to ensure all messaging reflects the club's voice, standards, and values. Operations & Administration Manage reservations, room bookings, and member requests through club systems and CRM platforms. Maintain accurate membership records and member profiles. Monitor inventory and coordinate club supplies and amenities. Support vendor relationships and operational partners. Prepare operational reports and member engagement updates for leadership. Ensure club spaces consistently reflect luxury hospitality standards. Qualifications Required 2-4+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, member services, concierge services, events, or premium customer experience roles. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. Experience working with CRM systems, reservation platforms, and event management tools. Preferred Experience in private clubs, luxury hotels, high-end hospitality, or exclusive membership organizations. Background in event coordination or member engagement programming.
