Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests warmly, taking drink orders, offering recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies. Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash handling responsibly. Develop and refine beverage recipes, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and spirits to enhance menu offerings. Monitor inventory levels regularly; restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Adhere strictly to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies at all times. Skills Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with a strong foundation in mixology. Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, beer styles (including brewing processes), and beverage recipe development. Skilled in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to read guest needs quickly and respond proactively. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Experience in food service environments with an understanding of food safety and food handling procedures.
