In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expert drink mixing, and attentive food presentation. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through POS systems while processing payments swiftly and securely. Assist with event setups such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed during service. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights at nightclubs or special events like weddings or corporate gatherings. Demonstrate excellent time management skills by balancing multiple tables or bar stations efficiently without compromising service quality. Experience Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles with a focus on bartending or serving in fast-paced environments. Prior experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential. Experience in catering or retail math enhances ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs professionally. Previous roles involving brewing or beverage preparation are a plus; certification in food safety is preferred but not required.
