We're building a laid-back, high-energy backyard Cajun seafood spot where the boils are loud, the music stays on, and the drinks hit just right. Think string lights, cold beer, spicy crawfish, and a bar that keeps the whole place alive. Now we need the right person to run it. What You'll Be Doing You're not just pouring drinks—you're setting the tone. Lead the bar from the front: high energy, fast pace, no chaos Build and train a tight, reliable bar team Create a Cajun-inspired drink menu (classics + creative twists) Keep service smooth during busy rushes (and we will get busy) Manage inventory, ordering, and bar costs without cutting quality Keep the bar clean, stocked, and running like a machine Work side-by-side with ownership to shape the vibe and direction What We're Looking For You've got experience—but more importantly, you've got presence.
