REQUIREDMinimum 2 Years Bartending Experience Required CAPS Sports Grill has been serving North Phoenix since 2008, and we're looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, customer-focused team member to join our Front of House staff. This is a Combination Bartender/Server position that requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to our systems and processes. Some shifts you will be serving tables and making drinks for your guests. Other shifts you will be behind the bar serving customers, preparing beverages, and supporting the dining room. Every team member plays an important role in delivering a great guest experience.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who: ✔ Has both bartending and serving experience ✔ Is a self-starter who takes initiative without being asked ✔ Learns new systems, procedures, and menu knowledge quickly ✔ Brings positive energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine smile to work ✔ Understands that exceptional customer service is our top priority ✔ Communicates effectively with guests, coworkers, and management ✔ Thrives in a team-oriented environment ✔ Remains calm and organized during busy periods ✔ Takes pride in being a reliable and valuable member of the Front of House team ✔ Has basic drink-making knowledge (craft beer knowledge is a plus) ✔ Has weekend availability ✔ Can work both day and evening shifts throughout the weekA NOTE ABOUT THIS POSITION

Provide exceptional guest service at all times Build relationships with our regular customers while welcoming new guests Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and bar Follow all food safety and alcohol service requirements Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations Learn and follow company systems and proceduresWHY WORK AT CAPS
?Flexible Scheduling Schedules are typically posted at least 2 weeks in advance. No Late-Night Closings Most shifts end by midnight , except some Friday nights. Consistent Schedule Current operating schedule is Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed Sundays and Mondays until football season (except special events such as March Madness). Major Holidays Off We are normally closed on major holidays. Established Business Serving North Phoenix since 2008 with a loyal customer base. Team Environment We work together to create a fun atmosphere for both our guests and our staff.
