Job Description Reporting to the Plaza Bar General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Assist Food & Beverage bartenders and servers in all aspects of the dining experience Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions Have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Stock and maintain daily operating supplies Maintain cleanliness of all guest areas Other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience is an asset Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment Comfortably exhibit menu knowledge of both food and beverage offerings Ability to fit well within a very close team environment Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
