Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and standards. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience. Manage bar inventory by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages promptly. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS while handling cash safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to enhance the menu offerings. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills are essential. Excellent customer service skills with an ability to connect with diverse guests from around the world. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
