Pay:
$38-$42 per hour ($18 per hour plus tips)
Requirements:
4+ years of bartending / bar serving experience in an upscale casual restaurant Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and respectful Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time; lift and carry up to 30 lbs; reach, bend, stoop
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, offer menu recommendations, and address questions and concerns promptly. Prepare cocktails and pour wine and beer with precision, consistency, and efficiency. Take food and beverage orders for guests seated at the bar. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our food and beverage menu. Keep a clean and organized bar and follow health and safety regulations. Communicate and work well with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of service. Prep garnishes, syrups, and other bar ingredients. Perform bar opening and closing tasks • Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
