Our food represents a new generation of Cantonese+American cooking, rooted in the flavors we grew up with and shaped by our lives in Alameda. Some dishes stay close to tradition, while others draw inspiration from the Bay Area's diverse food culture. Our dishes lean on California's seasons and the local farms and producers we're lucky to collaborate with.

What You ll

Do:

Mix and serve beer, wine, sake, and craft cocktails to specGreet bar and dining guests, take food and drink orders, and provide menu knowledgeKeep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized throughout serviceHandle cash and credit transactions accurately using our POS systemAssist with bar prep, batching, garnish, and weekly inventorySupport servers during rushes and collaborate with the Lead Bartender on specialsMaintain a welcoming, upbeat bar atmosphereWhat We re

Looking For:

1+ year bartending experience preferred. Strong barback/service experience consideredWorking knowledge of classic cocktails and willingness to learn our house recipesCA Food Handler Card and RBS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of hireFriendly, guest-focused attitude with strong multitasking skillsMust be able to stand for 6-8 hour shifts, lift 40 lbs, and work nights/weekendsTeam player who stays calm under pressure
