WHO WE ARE
Step into the energy of 1960s London at Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby, an all-new British-themed gastropub from the creators of Earl of Sandwich and world-renowned Chef Gordon Ramsay. Located in the Downtown Disney District, The Carnaby blends the sophistication of fine dining with the vibrancy of London's famed Carnaby Street — where refined service, culinary excellence, and electric atmosphere come together. Guests will enjoy Chef Ramsay's iconic dishes — from his legendary beef Wellington to signature fish and chips — in a stylish space designed to captivate families, tourists, and locals alike.

Maintain deep knowledge of the cocktail menu, spirits, wines, beer selections, ingredients, and preparation techniques. Provide informed guidance on wine selections, pairings, and tasting notes. Ensure proper glassware, garnish, temperature, and presentation for every beverage served. Bar Operations & Presentation Set up, stock, and break down the bar before and after service, ensuring readiness and organization. Maintain a clean, elegant, and well-organized bar at all times, consistent with fine-dining standards. Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for spirits, mixers, garnishes, and supplies. Accurately ring in orders and process payments using the POS system, maintaining accountability and accuracy. Fine Dining Operations Work closely with Servers and Wait Assistants to support dining room beverage service. Assist with training and mentoring junior bar staff when requested. Support special events, private dining, and high-profile services with flexibility and professionalism. Complete all opening, mid-shift, and closing sidework as assigned. Adhere to all responsible alcohol service laws and company policies. Verify guest age and manage alcohol consumption with professionalism and discretion. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper handling of glassware and bar tools. Maintain cleanliness and safety of bar equipment and surrounding areas.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of bartending experience in a fine-dining or upscale cocktail environment. Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, and bar technique. Formal beverage education (WSET, BarSmarts, or similar) preferred. Exceptional guest engagement and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain composed during high-volume service. Strong attention to detail and commitment to presentation and consistency. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
