Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Engage in suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and compliance with age restrictions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of retail math for calculating drink prices and making change
• Familiarity with the food industry, including food safety practices, is a plus
