EXPERIENCE

‌ ‌ ‌ Must‌ ‌have‌ ‌a‌ ‌High‌ ‌School‌ ‌diploma,‌ ‌and‌ ‌college‌ ‌or‌ ‌secondary‌ ‌education‌ ‌preferred‌ ‌ Must‌ ‌have‌ ‌at‌ ‌least‌ ‌2‌ ‌years‌ ‌of‌ ‌Sommelier experience in a fine dining atmosphere ‌ ‌ ‌ Prior‌ ‌training,‌ ‌development‌ ‌and/or‌ ‌supervisory‌ ‌experience‌ ‌is‌ ‌required‌ ‌ ‌ Proven‌ ‌track‌ ‌record‌ ‌of‌ ‌providing‌ ‌a‌ ‌unique‌ ‌guest‌ ‌experience‌ ‌ ‌ Continual‌ ‌interest‌ ‌in‌ ‌staying‌ ‌up‌ ‌to‌ ‌date‌ ‌with‌ ‌food,‌ ‌wine,‌ ‌and‌ ‌fine‌ ‌dining‌ ‌trends‌ ‌ Ability‌ ‌to‌ ‌establish‌ ‌effective‌ ‌partnerships‌ ‌with‌ ‌all‌ ‌departments‌ ‌ ‌
