Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server / Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will be the heart of the guest experience, delivering exceptional service while expertly preparing beverages and serving food.

Whether taking orders, crafting cocktails, or managing bar operations, you'll play a key role in maintaining our lively atmosphere and high standards of hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and standards Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and ensuring proper storage and food safety practices Process cash transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with health regulations Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction Assist with food service duties when needed, including serving dishes at tables Uphold all food safety standards and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times Skills Extensive experience with toast knowledge of beverage recipes, mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer styles Proven ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty Previous fine dining or nightclub experience preferred for delivering elevated service levels Solid understanding of food handling safety procedures and alcohol serving regulations Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities

Pay:

$17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
