Summary The barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar remains fully stocked, clean, andanized throughout service. This role is fast‑paced and physically demanding, ideal for someone looking to grow into a bartender position.
Key Responsibilities:
Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware Prepare garnishes and simple mixes Keep bar surfaces, floors, and equipment clean Retrieve and wash glassware; return clean glasses to stations Assist bartenders with orders during peak hours Empty trash, wipe spills, and maintain sanitation standards Support opening/closing procedures Organize inventory and store deliveries properly
Requirements:
Ability to lift 40-60 lbs. (cases) High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of basic bar tools and drinkponents (or willingness to learn) Strongmunication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights/weekends Qualifications The barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar remains fully stocked, clean, andanized throughout service.
